I just made these last night, and I am here to tell you they taste even better than they look! I was out of powdered sugar, so I made my own in the blender using corn starch and Florida crystals. I think this was even better than store-bought powdered because it produced a slightly grainy, sugar-crunchy peanut butter filling, much like the "real" thing (I put real in scare quotes because the ingredient list on a "real" Reeses cup is slightly terrifying). I am totally making these for everyone I know as holiday presents this year, and I'm already thinking of fun variations (adding crushed pretzels, using super awesome ganache fillings to make Reeses-shaped truffles, etc.) Thank you so much for this recipe!
