I wen to disney 6 yrs ago and had a book called "vegetarian walt disney world and greater orlando" that i bought on Amazon. It was AMAZINGLY helpful! It was so fun to order tofutti at the ice cream parlor. I did not eat at tusker house, that looks really good! wow – you did such a great job discovering all the things to eat!
