World Wide Vegan Bake Sale 2010
So here is my contribution for this year’s World Wide Vegan Bake Sale. We raised more than last year, and it went to Austin Pets Alive. I made vegan black forest cupcakes: Chocolate cake with cherries an chocolate chunks, topped with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, chocolate ganache drizzle, and a cherry!

Thanks again to Leslie for organizing this event!

Your cupcakes look really fabulous!! I live outside of Boston and have a seven year old daughter who is allergic to wheat, gluten, eggs, dairy and bananas. Our diet is vegan-ish. I came across your recipes while looking at Mexican sugar skull sites, since my daughter’s upcoming birthday is going to have a Mexican theme. When she saw the cupcakes, she thought they would be great for her birthday, which is coming up on May 8. I am wondering if you would possibly share your recipe. Thank you for posting the other recipes- they look great and we will surely try them!!
