10″ Chocolate Peppermint Cake



Chocolate cake with Chocolate buttercream and homemade raspberry preserves!
This year, I made vegan chocolate cream pies & pumpkin pies. :)







I’m excited I’m getting more opportunities to decorate cakes lately! This one is a 12″ cake with a Scottish ‘bagpipe’ theme. The plaid design on the sides is mostly buttercream, with a little fondant embellishment.
Did I mention the cake was vegan EGGNOG flavor?! I used So Delicious coconut eggnog, and I wanted to eat the buttercream straight out of the bowl.
